State Election Day Raises $8.5K for Joli Green

Wow, wow, WOW! What a weekend at Jolimont! The State Election Fundraiser absolutely smashed it out of the park, with our community spending an incredible $8,500 across our three election stalls! That’s a full $3,500 over our target — and every cent is going toward building a greener, more welcoming school for our kids.

From sunrise sizzles to sell-out cakes and garden goodies, our team of parents, kids, grandparents, and supporters showed up in force. The voting lines were long, the community spirit was high, and the stalls were buzzing — we were so busy we sold out of bacon & egg rolls and every last slice of cake!

A giant shoutout to:

• The legendary Dads’ Group who manned the BBQ like pros

• Our Bake & Plant Stall volunteers, who turned the school into a pop-up farmers market

• And every one of you who baked, planted, jammed (hello Mrs. Iffla’s famous apricot spread!), and gave your time to make the day a success.

This was more than a fundraiser — it was a celebration of what makes Jolimont special. A school community that shows up, works together, and has a good laugh while doing it. 💚
