Construction begins Summer 2025
After a decade of planning, community input, and student visioning, construction begins in the 2025 summer holidays and will be completed before 2026 — delivering shady trees, garden beds, inclusive seating and nature play zones that support learning, wellbeing, and connection for generations to come.
Soon, you’ll be able to sponsor a brick, plant a tree, or even buy a bench to leave a lasting legacy.

From sizzling democracy sausages to plant stalls, our P&C has been working hard to rally support. This year alone we’ve raised over $20,000 through The State Election and Federal Election day fundraisers — plus P&C pop-ups, flash sales and more.

A Project Years in the Making
The Joli Green Project has been a decade in the making — an idea first imagined by Jolimont’s school community in 2014. Since then, veggie gardens have flourished, courts have been built, and now, the final stage is underway: transforming the internal courtyard into a green, shaded, inclusive space — designed with help from our students.
♻️ From Lids to Legacy
Small items, big impact.
Thanks to the brilliant recycled peg + carabiner initiative by Ylenia and Gareth, in collaboration with the school and the P&C, we've already saved 3.7kg of plastic — that’s around 1,561 plastic lids diverted from landfill!
Every peg and carabiner sold supports the Joli Green Project and keeps waste out of the environment. It’s sustainability in action — and it’s only just begun.
